EPC247 is a trading name of Urban Property Compliance Ltd. This website currently provides a booking preview and enquiry forms; it does not submit booking details to a booking system or take card payments.

Information you choose to send

When the quote form delivery connection is active, the details you submit are sent to EPC247 so we can respond to your enquiry. While that connection is not active, the site prepares an email draft instead; nothing is sent until you choose to send it. The form indicates which route is available.

Domestic booking preview

Details entered in the domestic booking steps are used in your browser to show your review and payment preview. They are not transmitted to EPC247 or stored on a booking system by this page. Do not use the preview as confirmation of an appointment.

Payments and updates

Online card payment is not enabled yet. When booking and Stripe connections are activated, this notice must explain the information collected, the payment and booking providers, retention periods, and how to exercise your data rights. Card details must be entered only through Stripe’s secure checkout.
